Petrol pumbs are cheating peoples by put one chip in the nozzle. Thils chip will reduce the flow of petrol from the tank to the nozzle.This theft was caught by Mumbai Police a week before . Most of the petrol pumbs are using this chips. In this video there is a proff of that cheating . the petrol pumb person who running the nozzile without petrol . In the meter it wwas very clear that its running. This is s big cheat in this business. We should be aware of this cheating.
